In this flow we will become fluid, embodied, and free from tension. We'll move into some creative standing pose sequences to heat the body and ground our energy. We will do some work on some upper and lower body strengthening and functional mobility movements to increase our fitness. These will get us nice and open for some back bends before cooling down with supine leg stretches and a deep, relaxing savasana to set the tone for an epic day.
