Here are a few things that you really need to know when approaching your Yoga Shred.
Research has been showing for the past few years that the 30-20-10 interval approach is one of the most effective. This is my signature Yoga Shred interval training. 30 seconds to warm up, 20 seconds of a more moderate version of that exercise, and 10 seconds of as strong and as fast as you can do this movement.
In the shred workouts, you'll do five minutes of 30-20-10 sequences followed by a two minute break. You'll repeat this twice for each Shred workout. You're only exercises for about 15 minutes in each of these workouts, but it's kinda a shock-and-awe workout, so you'll show more lean muscle and build more lean muscle.
This is not about how many calories you burn in the moment, you're metabolism will be spiked through your entire 24 hour day, and that's the goal of the Shred Workouts. That's why you'll get the results you want in such a quick amount of time.
