DESCRIPTION

Let's talk a bit about your Yoga Sequence that's included in this plan. You'll notice that over the 14 days, every other day includes a Yoga Sequence. This practice on the days when you're not doing the shred is designed to give you the most results in the least amount of time.

The Yoga practice is approximately 30 minutes that from a form of Yoga that I invented called Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga. This sequence will help you active the deep core line, which is basically your whole inner body, therefore gaining more lean muscle mass and holistic body toning.
