After your day of rest, today’s Yoga Shred workout may feel at least stronger, if not easier. Your muscles had a chance to rebuild, therefore, you may find you can do a little more, or go a little longer. Be sure today to work where your new body is, and don’t default to the same things you did last week in similar movements. Stay present, and take it up a notch so you’ll continue to progress, not plateau, in your fitness results.
