Congratulations! You’ve rocked your Yoga Shred and, if you’ve done all two weeks, you should be feeling and looking more amazing, inside and out. Life is not about straining for perfection, because we’ll never reach it—but it is about doing your best, and on your own best behalf. Today, after two weeks of investing in yourself, maybe you’re even feeling more confident, grounded and self-valuing. There’s an inner strength that comes from that that no amount of money can buy, because it’s priceless—and yet you can have it, anytime.

Today, as you move into your restoring, recharging poses, breathe slowly in and out of the belly and the heart, or chest center. Let yourself give you love, respect, and the attention you deserve, and always have.
