Welcome! Before we get started, I want to quickly go over how to best approach this plan in order to get the best results.
I suggest that during your first time through this program that you follow the days in order. As you learn and grow, you will learn what comes more easily to you and what things challenge you.
After you’ve completed the plan, I encourage you to revisit the categories or exercises that are particularly difficult. You will receive the most benefit by addressing your weaknesses. By doing so, you will come out of it a stronger, more dynamic and more well-rounded yogi!
Remember to have fun with this program and approach with a lighthearted mindset. Keep in mind that everyone begins not knowing and this series is an opportunity to build experience so that when you apply these tools to your practice or a Yoga class, you will be confident and ready!
