How To Approach This Series

DESCRIPTION

I’m so excited you’ve decided to join me! Let’s quickly discuss how to best use this plan.

This series is made up of five classes: four Vinyasa classes and one Restorative. Each of the Vinyasa classes will build the body in a different way whether it’s strengthening the shoulders, opening the back, developing the core, or building leg strength, balance and flexibility.

These classes are challenging, but they’re designed for beginners! I guide you step by step through the poses, and you’re encouraged to modify when necessary and for as long as needed. This plan is made to grow with you, so the more you practice, the more you will improve. Simply give yourself time and do you best to be patient and trust in the process!

You can go through these classes in any order, or you can start with the Vinyasa class and work your way down the list. Feel free to take the Restorative session whenever you feel particularly tired, in need of break, or want to add mobility to the end of one of the other classes. Repeat this series as many times as you need to gain confidence and experience in these movements until you feel that you are ready to take your practice to more advanced series.
