Day 3: 60 min HIIT + Yoga

DESCRIPTION

Here we go! Our first high-intensity AND yoga class!

The HIIT portion involves 4 exercises. We’ll begin with 30 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, which we will repeat four times. After that, we’ll take a brief rest together before embarking on our yoga section.

As I mentioned yesterday, go at your own pace. Take each day one step at a time, especially since you're just learning the movements. You can level up after you've practiced the exercises a bit more!
