Welcome to Desk Therapy!
These restorative videos are all about feeling good, relaxing and releasing tension. Don’t push deep into the stretches – only go as far as feels good. If you want to stay in a stretch longer, feel free to pause the video! Gather any props that will aid in the stretches and help you get comfortable. You can use straps and blocks, or towels and blankets if that's what you have at home.
The more you do these workouts, the better you’ll feel. I recommend doing one every day. I’ve designed them for after a long day at work or in the evening before bed, but they would also be a great way to start the day. They are also the perfect cool down after a workout.
