How To Approach This Series
Series: FitFlow

DESCRIPTION

We’re so excited to begin this crazy FitFlow adventure with you!

This series is meant to be fun and challenging, so remember to go at your own pace.

You aren’t required to stick to the daily schedule if you’re brand new to these HIIT movements and exercises – so don’t feel pressured if you’re not there yet! If you’re just starting out, we encourage you to take a day or two of rest between workout days, or if you feel particularly sore or fatigued. Once you’ve built up your endurance and strength, you can shorten your rest days or eliminate them altogether.

This series is a great compliment to your existing Yoga practice. Listen to your body and do what feels right to you. Feel free to mix things up and have fun with your workout routine!

FitFlow is a great balance of strength and flexibility and at the end of our four weeks together you’ll feel stronger in your body as well as in your Yoga practice!

You won’t need any equipment, so let’s get started!
