DESCRIPTION

Remember that you can "catch" balance, but to truly find it you need to have patience. Don't force things when they or you aren't ready. Don't rush yourself or the process.

HOMEWORK:
One arm stability drills against wall.
Straddle and straight legs 5x each 10 seconds
Subtraction to the fewest fingers possible hold max time 5x each arm
