DESCRIPTION

Expand your breath, expand your practice. In this pranayama class, you’ll work to improve your lung capacity and diaphragm mobility by increasing the amount of breath and retention, stretching just beyond your usual breathing volume. A guided meditation will close the class and allow the effects of the practice to deeply integrate within your mind and body.
