Intensify your inner fire and and increase your energy with this pranayama practice. This class will explore bhastrika pranayama (bellows breath) to generate heat in the body. You’ll also build on your breath technique to strengthen the diaphragm and the duration of your retentions. A relaxing guided meditation seals the practice.
