DESCRIPTION

Time to kick it up a notch. This high-energy workout will test your strength and speed with boxing moves and yoga-inspired exercises such as jump-rope drills, speed-bag squats, tuck jumps, around-the-world planks, and matrix push-ups. You’ll end the class with a “finisher,” one last push to take you to your edge.
