DESCRIPTION

Time to level up. This lower-body workout will amp up your strength with boxing and yoga exercises such as the jab-cross-hook-uppercut, speed skaters, 180-degree squats, sprawls, and Warrior 3 kickbacks. You’ll end the class with a “finisher,” one final push to take you to your edge.
