Welcome to level 2 of True Strength Evolution!
TSE 2 is set up as a 30-day plan. Each week consists of five consecutive workout days followed by two rest days.
These exercises build upon the movements and skills established in TSE 1. They are designed to be hard and challenge you! You aren’t expected to start out this series being able to complete the movements with ease or without breaks. The idea is to get through every set of movements, no matter how long they take you and how many times you may need to pause the video to take breaks. Even though the class may be 30 minutes, it is okay if it takes you twice as long to finish everything. Your goal over the course of this series is to make the breaks you take shorter and shorter.
Like with TSE 1, these classes don’t have a warm up, so you should get your body prepped – especially your wrists – before you begin each video.
If you get to the end of the 30 days and you’re not doing the videos from start to finish or you haven’t reached your goal of finishing them in the 30 minutes, I encourage you to repeat the series again! I want these classes to work for YOU. This is about YOUR evolution of strength, flexibility and endurance.
