Utilize the wall in today’s class as you put the straight-arm scapular shrug work and scapular range of motion you learned in the Movement 2 class into practice in this 30-minute flow. You’ll move plank with scapular retraction and protraction, lizard push-ups, tripod headstand, and more. Grab your mat, make sure you have a wall nearby, and get ready to build heat and strength.
