This progressive series uses yoga-based training exercises and is perfect for all levels of experience. It includes four months of complete programming with 36 unique classes. Eighteen of the classes break down movement patterns and teach new techniques. The other eighteen classes bring you the optimal workout in the least amount of time by removing the excess explanation that you learned in the breakdown classes.

Dylan grew up in the mountains of Southern California, where at an early age he was into fitness, movement, extreme sports, and nature. At 18, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an aircraft firefighter, and also wrestled for the All-Marine wrestling team. After one tour of duty in the Iraqi war, Dylan was honorably discharged and returned to California to attend university, where he studied anatomy and emergency medicine. Dylan spent eight years working as a paramedic; four years on an ambulance and another four years as a full-time firefighter/paramedic.

Dylan was first introduced to yoga in 2001 as a part of his martial arts training, but it wasn't until 2009 when he made the yoga practice a part of his daily life and started to understand the true journey of the yogi.

Since 2011, Dylan has been teaching yoga. Though a lover of movement, handstands, arm balances and creative sequencing, his focus is the integration of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence to create a space to deepen the inner connection.

In 2015, Dylan gave up his home in California to travel and teach workshops, teacher trainings, festivals, and retreats. He has taught in over 60 countries and more than 400 workshops or events. He is passionate about spreading his love for yoga and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey.

Getting started can be the hardest part of anything; Beginner True Strength is the perfect starting point for your strength-building journey. This plan is systematically designed to create a foundation of strength and stability through safe, efficient, and effective ways that build your body at a challenging but approachable level.

As Dylan takes you through various movements and yoga-based postures, you will develop a greater understanding of your body. You’ll also learn how to tap into the muscles you already have but are not using effectively, build strength, and learn the foundations for more advanced techniques. Beginner True Strength will also help you increase flexibility and ranges of motion to make movement easier and more accessible.

Ten unique classes comprise this plan. Five classes are instructional videos explain in detail each movement with modifications to meet your level of fitness and mobility. The additional five classes are 30-minute sessions that assist you in crafting your strength building routine and help you know when to rest and when to work. To help keep you on-track and motivated, this plan includes a training calendar that will guide your practice.

Beginner True Strength offers a safe and easy approach to building strength through yoga. You will finish this plan with increased strength and flexibility, and a strong foundation of good habits and proper alignment to build upon.

True Strength Fundamentals is a highly focused training program of yoga-based moves combined with strength, stability and skill training to elevate your True Strength! This series is the second of the True Strength Bundle, designed to bridge the gap from Beginners True Strength and get you ready for True Strength Builder 1.

In this series you will:
-Build strength and stability
-Transform your body and create strong lean muscle
-Increase your flexibility and mobility
-Develop new skills while increasing body awareness

To advance your physical yoga practice, it takes focused training in specific areas of strength, flexibility, and balance that is rarely trained in regular yoga classes. This series gives you the benefits of longer holds, higher repetitions and more challenging moves that are fun, but also push you.

In this six video series, you have three movement breakdown sessions that prepare and train you through the exercises to get the most out of the three, 30-minute strength videos. Separating the movement breakdowns and strength building videos allows you to advance through the workout without unnecessary breaks for instructions to maximize your time. The Fundamentals program is best for beginner/intermediate athletes that are ready to move on from Beginner True Strength, but are not quite ready for True Strength Builder 1 and 2.

This is the third phase of the four-part True Strength bundle. This is the absolute best way to build strength using just your body weight. It's the routine Dylan Werner used when he was learning how to control his body and perform advanced arm balances and inversions.

In this series you will:

• Develop true control over your body
• Become stronger than ever before

This month-long routine takes the movements that we have mastered in the Fundamentals level and adds longer holds and more advanced movements and transitions. It includes five movement breakdown videos and five intense workouts.

This is the final phase of the four-part True Strength bundle. This is where you maximize your strength routine.

The movements in this series are advanced and have a high carryover into other forms of fitness. By the end of this phase, you will find that you are stronger than you’ve ever been before. You will not only be able to hold positions longer but also be able to move from one advanced pose to another.

In this series you will:
- Challenge yourself with intense workouts
- Maximize your strength routine
- Develop complete body control

If you've made it through True Strength Builder I, you should be feeling strong. Just like Builder I, this is a month-long program that has you working out five days a week. This series includes five movement breakdowns that teach new skills and techniques to safely optimize your movement progression potential, and five sessions that advance you through intense, level-specific workouts without the excess explanation. But unlike Builder I, it's harder, longer, and more intense.

You'll finish each vigorous workout with a deep sense of pride and accomplishment. Few make it this far!
